Our Story

Hey there! Welcome to Tees N Things 4 ERGs, where we believe in things for Every Race & Gender! (And yes, we're serious about that exclamation mark!) I'm PJ, the founder and creative director of TNT4ERGs. Let me tell you a little bit about how we got started.

Before diving into the world of awesome swag, I spent years in the corporate world, being an active member and leader of various Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These groups are all about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and boy, did they inspire me!

So, I decided to create TNT4ERGs as a place where DEI groups can find swag that supports their missions. We're all about quality here. We focus on using top-notch materials, crafting designs that make a statement, and ensuring sustainability every step of the way. Because, let's face it, quality is never an accident. It's the result of intelligent effort (and maybe a few cups of coffee).  We also know that you may need more "things than just a Tee that makes a statement so we are always looking to find items that are fashionable and fun to wear.

Now, let's address the elephant in the room. ERGs. No, it's not pronounced "urgs" (although that would be quite amusing). It's simply stated as its initials: E-R-Gs. See? We're all about clarity here.
